Fluorescent mineral photography is tricky and the varying
intensities of fluorescence of different minerals make it ex-
tremely difficult to capture what the human eye perceives.
The large greenish yellow patch in the picture is actually
more yellow in real life. All short-wave ultraviolet fluore-
