Pale brownish pink grossular crystals up to 9 mm in size on granitic matrix. There are pectolite fans
(non-fluorescent) on the reverse side of the specimen. A good example of Jeffrey Mine mineralization
but be careful handling the piece to avoid pectolite splinters.

grossular crystals fluoresce orange under short wave UV, an unusual phenomenon in garnets.
