White, wedge-shaped, tabular mooreite
crystals in a cavity in pink calcite with
minor franklinite. Mooreite is known from
only Sterling Hill.

A vein of barite in calcite with minor andra-
dite. This material was collected by miner
Mike Massey in the 1940's in an exploratory
drift 15 feet into the hanging wall on the 450
foot level in the Franklin Mine. UV photo only.
