FL380 PREHNITE, XONOTLITE Franklin, Sussex County, NJ, USA A view of FL380 showing a vein of fluorescent prehnite and xonotlite on hancockite. Note that the prehnite has a botryoidal relief common to prehnite from other localities but unusual at Franklin. A vein of clinohedrite occurs on the reverse side of this piece.

F215 MARGAROSANITE Franklin, Sussex County, NJ, USA Pearly margarosanite on a slip on a block of unidentified mineral with andradite, hendricksite. The unidentified matrix mineral fluoresces a moderately strong orange (pectolite or apatite?). Native lead also? The margarosanite occurs in small slips and veins throughout this piece.
