Everything is sold on a first come, first served basis. Items sold are marked as such or

removed as soon as possible.

of the desired item. The item will be reserved for you for 14 days. When payment clears,

the item will be shipped. Please make checks (or money orders) payable to: ChroLithix

Credit Cards - We do not have a merchant service but we accept credit cards through

the easy to use PayPal Shopping Cart.

Shipping - All items are shipped via US First Class mail. Shipping and handling charges are

based on a simple scale as follows.

Orders less than $25.00 - $2.00 S&H

$25.00 - $99.99 - $3.00 S&H

$100.00 - $499.99 - $4.00 S&H

$500.00 - $999.99 - $5.00 S&H

$1000.00 & over - $6.00 S&H

Note: Flat rates above are not available for shipping of reptile tracks due to the size and weight

of the pieces. Shipping and handling charges for reptile tracks are calculated per order.

Sales Tax - 6% sales tax is added to purchases by NJ residents. Sorry.

We Buy Collections!

If you have a mineral, fossil, agate, meteorite, or similar collection and are thinking of

selling it, we'd like to talk with you. Simply e-mail dave@chrolithix.com or give us a call.

We pay cash for collections.

Return policy - There is a 14 day approval period from when payment is posted. If, for

any reason, the item you receive does not live up to your expectations, please notify us as

soon as possible and then put it in the mail within 14 days of receipt. Your payment will

be returned when we receive the item in the condition in which it was originally shipped.

Trade Up Policy - ChroLithix will accept a specimen or specimens previously purchased

from ChroLithix as full or partial payment for another ChroLithix specimen. The purchase

price of the trade-in will be applied to the price of the new piece. Other trades may be

negotiated. Let us know what you're interested in. We stand behind what we sell. We

will work with you.
